August. Turnover season is the window — the system gets inspected while the unit is empty, and it’s ready before the first cold snap hits mid-semester.

We’re near Great Bay and the house feels damp all summer. Options?

A properly sized AC or heat pump system dehumidifies as it cools — and sizing is the key word. Oversized systems short-cycle and leave moisture behind, so we size the system to the house.
